Questions and answers

Below we have compiled the most frequently asked questions and answers from our Immonify user community.
Our service can be seen as a kind of digital delivery service for real estate data, which enables the simple, fast and secure exchange of structured property data in any language.
The service is used via an app, which is accessed through a special transaction link. This link is linked to the receiving agent and can be used by any person to digitise a property. In practice, this person can usually be the broker, an employee of the broker or even the owner himself.
The target group of Immonify users are basically all those parties who need to record or exchange structured property data in the context of real estate matters. Primarily, this includes real estate agents, large property owners, but also potentially savings banks and property management companies.
In order to use the service, you must have an end device such as a smartphone, tablet, notebook or PC, as well as an email inbox with any provider and an internet connection, as this is a SaaS service (Software-as-a-Service).
After the property data has been recorded by the user, this data is expanded, enriched and refined on our server by specially developed algorithms. This includes, for example, location, environment and infrastructure information and, at a later stage, additional valuation and location analysis data.
At the time of dispatch, the data is transferred to the server via an SSL-secured HTTPS connection and, after processing, stored as an AES 256-bit encrypted zip archive, which can only be decrypted with the recipient's key. The archive is then also retrieved via an SSL-secured HTTPs connection.
Immonify currently supports German, English, French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic. However, our service can in principle be extended to include any language if required.
At the moment, we have successfully implemented data imports into the market-leading brokerage programmes 'onOffice' and 'FlowFact'. In addition, data imports in CSV format are in principle also possible in other brokerage or CRM systems that support the CSV format.
This can be, for example, your database, which is filled via an API call, your website, which is filled via an automated FTP import or also a real estate portal or a social media platform such as Facebook or Instagram.
Yes, a distribution of the transaction credits is of course possible. For example, you have the option of flexibly distributing 50 credits among your employees as needed.
